Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d garden see saw model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
     Click on the Cylinder button now create two cylinder with the following size

[2]-Apply the bend modifier with the following parameter

[3]-Set the object like this

[4]-Create two boxes with the following size

[5]-Create a cylinder with the following size
     Set like this

[6]-Create a rectangle with the following size

[7]-Create a two cylinder with the following size

[8]-Now click line button now create a line like this

[9]-Create a two cylinder with the following size
     Set like this

[10]-Now your object so far likes this

[11]-Open the material window and make a material like this

[12]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter

[8]-Now this is the Final Image after render the perspective view port
