Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d life saving tube model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
    Click on the Plane button and create a plane now set like this

[2]-Now click on the Tours Knot button
     Select the circle mode and set the radius: 265.772
     In the cross section set the radius: 59.786
     In the smooth mode select the (all) option

[3]-Create a Torus Knot like this
     In the top view port

[4]-Create a tube with the following size
     Set like this

[5]-Select the tube and create three more with the help of clone option window
     Now set the all tube like this in the top view port

[6]-Create four more tube with the following size
     Set like this

[7]-Click on the line button and create a following shape like this in the top view port

[8]-Open the rendering palette
     Enable the both top option
     Set the Thickness: 17.5

[9]-Open the material window and make a two material like this

[10]-Now set the skylight like this
       With the following parameter

[11]- This is the Final Image after render the perspective view port
