Hello friend today I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d medicine bottle model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
    Click on the Chamfer cylinder button and create a Chamfer cylinder with the following size
    (Radius: 39.0)  (Height: 127.0) (Fillet: 13.0)

[2]-Select the Chamfer cylinder and convert into the Editable poly
     Select the Polygon mode with the ignore back facing and make a selection like this

[3]- Now apply the extrude polygon, bevel polygon and extrude polygon respectively
     With the following amount
     Hit ok

[4]-Select the edge mode and select the edges like this
     Apply the extrude edges with the following setting
     

[5]-Now your edges should like this

[6]-Again select the edges and Apply the chamfer edges with the (chamfer amount: 0.14)
     Hit ok

[7]-Now your edges and object should like this

[8]-Select the element mode and make a selection
     Now assign the material like this

[9]-Select the polygon mode and make a selection
      Now assign the material like this

[10]-Again repeat the above step

[11]-Now image so far like this

[12]-Now click on the text and write a text
      Now apply the extrude and bend modifier use the following setting

[13]-Se the all text like this

[14]-After set the all text now render the perspective view port
       Now you find the final image
