Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d shopping cart model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
    Click on the Rectangle tool button and create a two Rectangle with the following size

[2]-Now open the rendering palette
     Select the enable in render and enable in view port option
     Set the thickness 2.0

[3]-Click on the line button now opens the rendering palette    
     Select the enable in render and enable in view port option
     Set the thickness 1.0

[4]-Now your object should like this   

[5]-Create some like this with the same rendering parameter as using above step

[6]-Create another rectangle with the following rendering parameter size set like this

[7]-Use the step [6] now create a rectangle like this

[8]-Create a line also with the same rendering parameter as using above step

[9]-Again use the step [6] now create a rectangle like this

[10]-Now select the rectangle and convert into the editable spline now select the segment mode 
      Select the segment and delete it

[11]-Create a two rectangle also    

[12]-Create a chamfer cylinder with the following size

[13]-Select the chamfer cylinder and convert into the editable poly
     Select the polygon mode and pick the circular selection region tool

[14]-Now make a selection and apply the extrude polygon with the amount of -7.0

[15]-Now make a selection and apply the extrude polygon with the amount of 7.0

[16]-Now your object should like this

[17]-Create a box and convert into the editable poly
       Select the vertex mode and drag the vertexes like this
   

[18]-Select the polygon mode and make a selection now delete the polygon
       Apply the shell modifier with the outer amount of 1.0

[19]-Now your object should like this

[20]-Create one cylinder and one sphere now set like this
       Create three more copy and set like this

[21]-Open the material window and make a material like this

[22]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter

[23]-Now this is the Final Image after render the perspective view port
