Hello viewers today I will show how create a 3dsmax 3dmodel Watering cane tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-First of all you will press (ctrl +N) now you will see the new window is open
    Click on the chamfer cylinder button and create a chamfer cylinder with the following size
    (Radius: 27.0)  (Height: 64.0) (Fillet: 0.31)

[2]-Select the chamfer cylinder and convert into the Editable Poly
     Select the Edge mode

[3]-Select the edges and apply the Extrude Edges and use the following setting

[4]-Select the polygon mode and a make a selection
     Apply the Extrude Polygon with the (Amount: 1.0)

[5]-Create another chamfer cylinder with the following size

[6]-Apply the Taper Modifier and use the following setting

[8]-Now apply the FFD 3×3x 3 modifiers and select the control point

[10]-Create a multiple cylinders like this with the following size

[15]-Create a circle and convert into the Editable Spline
       Select the segment mode and delete one segment
       Set like this

[16]-Open the rendering palette
       Enable in Renderer and Enable in Viewport
       Set the (length: 2.82) (Width: 2.0)

[17]-Select the vertex mode and drag the vertex like this
