[5]-Open the rendering palette and create shape like this with the help fo help of line tool
Select the vertexes and apply the fillet 5.0 
[6]-Your spline should like this 
[7]-Convert the spline into the editable poly now select the vertexes and drag like me 
[8]-Create chamfer cyl and chamfer box with the following size and place like me 
[9]-Select the chamfer box and go to the boolean and boolean the object like me 
[10]-Your object should like this 
[11]-Create another chamfer cyl with the following size and now place like me 
[12]-Create one more copy and place like me 
[13]-Create more chamfer cylinders and place like me 
[14]-Create two circle with the following size and place like me 
[15]-Create two more circle and place like me 
[16]-Create materials like me
