Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop design balloon logo stock photo in Photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels, 415 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[3] In Make Selection ‘feather radius’ should 0 pixels,Tick on New Selection & then ok
& fill the selection with #149600 your image should look like as shown below.

[4] And now select "Dodge Tool" & then Highlight following parts.

[5] After that create the following selection with Pen Tool,
then go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 5px.

[6] Open a new layer fill the selection with White color.

[7] Now like this create the other with above techniques.

[8] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool, fill that layer with #0b7132.

[9] With the "Dodge Tool" Highlight following parts.

[10] Take the "Burn Tool" & then create the following Shading.

[11] Now take the "Brush Tool" use these settings.

[12] Now create a new layer make sure your foreground is set to white
now play with your brush tool.
