[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 420×440 pxl, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘e00404′ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[5]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’
& Highlight the following parts like as shown below
[6]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’
& then inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I & create the following shading
[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & create the shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[8]-Now Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’ & your image should look like as shown below
[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & like this create the others & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now fill the selection with same color & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & fill with same color
[12]-Now create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then press DELETE
[13]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[14]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[15]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then select Erase Tool & use the following settings
[16]-Now select Background Layer & create the following shading with the help of ‘Soft Round 30 pxl Brush with 30% Opacity
