Create Wesite Beach Ball Photoshop tutorial
This tutorial guides you through the steps of creating beach ball with the help of Dodge, Burn tool and filters in using photoshop.

Step 1
Start off with a new document sized 500×500.

Step 2
Create a Ellipse With color “003c00″

Step 3
Go to the Pen Tool and create following shape now the color “ffe700″

Step 4
Similary create all the shape like me

Step 5
Go to the Burn Toolnow Create following shading like me

Step 6
Draw one more Ellipse and apply the Drop Shadow with the good following amount as shown below

Step 7
Draw another small Ellipse now apply the Inner Shadow with the good following amount as shown below

Step 8
Draw one more Ellipse fill the color white now place like me

Step 9
Select the all the balls layer and go the filter option now apply the Gassain blur ,Add Noise and Plastic Wrap with the following amount as shown below
