Hi Guys! Today I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Website Template Stock Photo Tape
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the background with any color & then Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘ebdaca’ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[4]-Now select ‘Burn Tool’ 
& create the following shading
[5]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
& Highlight the some parts with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[6]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[7]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘1574f7′ color & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ with inverse

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with ‘e0e0e0′ color & create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[11]-Now select ‘Erase Tool’ & use the following settings
[12]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ with inverse selection Ctrl+Shift+I
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[14]-Now fill the selection with ‘1574f7′ color & then create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’
[15]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[16]-Now fill the selection with same color & create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn & Dodge Tool’ & then set the 2 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the
following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[17]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & Tick on ‘Simulate Pressure & then ok
[18]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’ & like this create the others
[19]-Now select ‘Background Layer’ & Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’
