[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’ffffff’ color in selection area.

[4]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with #’047daa’ color.

[5]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[6]-Now select the horizontal Type Tool’ & use the following setting & write the Text.

[7]-Now create the selection at new layer & press right click & go to the ‘Feather Option’ gives
the ‘Feather Radius’ 15 pixels then fill with # ‘303030′ color.

[8]-Now select the ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts.

[9]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & use the following setting.

[10]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ with color # ‘d9d9d9′ right click select "Stroke Path"
& use the following setting of stroke path.

[11]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with #’6b6b6b’ color.

[12]-Similarly create the other selection & fill with #’828282′ color.

[13]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with #’454545′ color
& set the opacity.

[14]-Now create the selection at new layer & fill with #’012c3b’ color.

[15]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & use the following setting.

[16]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool ‘with color # ‘f1f1f1′ right click select "Stroke Path"
& use the following setting of stroke path.
